A Warranty you can depend on!

Workmanship
Modern Fence & Supply Co. Inc will warranty all workmanship on fences we install for 1 year from date of original installation.  Warranty claims must be made by  notifying Modern Fence & Supply Co. Inc within the 1 year period.

Electric Gates
Modern Fence & Supply Co. Inc will warranty all new electric gate installations for 1 year from install date. Operators themselves are covered under manufactures warranties, which are described next.

Materials Warranties
Modern Fence & Supply Co. Inc will honor and administer all manufactures’ warranties for materials used in our fence installations.
