Roy Milligan-Owner
Roy Milligan has been the owner of Modern Fence & Supply since it opened in 1960. At 83 years old, he is still involved with operations of the company on a daily basis and reminds his employees at all times that the customer comes first. |

Cotton Presley-Sales Manager
Cotton started work in 1975 for Modern Fence & Supply company in Fayetteville. He has a degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He has helped manage the company over his career and is now Sales Manager. Cotton can be reached at our Springdale office most of the time, but spends a good deal to time out of town serving as a volunteer motivational speaker for the Salvation Army. |

Greg Spires-Access Control Manager
Greg started with the company in 1973. He has over 30 years experience in industrial fence estimating and automatic gate system design. He now manages our Access Control (security entry systems) and Industrial fence projects. |

Steve Milligan- Financial Manager
Steve started working for Modern Fence & Supply in 1976 and has been involved with the company on and off over the years. He has a B.S. degree in Geology (University of Arkansas) and M.S. in Geophysics (Colorado School of Mines). He oversees the financial side of the company. |

Randy Ward-Assistant Manager
Randy came to work for Modern Fence and Supply in the spring of 2009 and has quickly become a key member of our management team. He has over 25 years of experience in the fence and access control industry. Randy manages the operations of Modern Fence & Supply and is also involved with design/bidding for Modern Control Access.

Tracy Shock-Operations Supervisor
Tracy started with the company in 1998 and is responsible for all fence installation crews. Tracy is also the company safety training officer. |

Todd Sisco-Shop Supervisor
Todd started work for the company in 2005 and has 7 years experience in gate design and fabrication. He oversees our entire shop including the custom iron manufacturing group. |

Ed Hignite-Sales
Ed joined the company in 2010 as our commercial/residential salesman for the Arkansas river valley area. Ed has 17 years fence sales and installation experience. He owned and operated Classic Fence Company in Roland, Oklahoma for 7 years, earning many loyal customers throughout the Ft. Smith area. We are very fortunate to bring Ed on board and welcome him to Modern Fence Supply and our MCA Fence division in the river valley. |
